Claudine Etievent
Born in Grenoble , France in 1941.
Married at the age of 21 and moved to Paris.
When 23, Claudine and her husband left France for Mexico where they raised their 3 Children.
Claudine worked as a high-fashion designer and home and events decorator.
In the early 80’s, Claudine moved to New York City where she worked in the ready to wear industry under her own brand.
After 27 years, living away from her birth country, Claudine move back to France.
Her artistic side never left her and she started restoring furniture.
When 64 years old, Claudine started making clay chamotte sculptures in her own kitchen!
Claudine has been exhibited in Paris at the Grand Palais at the “Salon des Artistes indépendants” in 2013, 2014, 2015, 2018, 2020.
She worked in collaboration with the glass master Pino Signoretto in Venice.
